PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CAMP BOOKINGS ARE OPERATED ON A NON-REFUNDABLE BASIS AND PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING.
- Places are allocated on a first come first served basis and payment secures the place, unfortunately we cannot accept a booking without payment.
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- One booking is required for each gymnast.
- Spaces are open to members and non members. Gymnasts must be 5 years old to participate in holidays camps.
- All participants will be subject to the Club’s rules.
- Gymnasts must bring any medical equipment needed and make sure this is clearly labelled (epi pens/asthma pumps etc).
- I agree to my child taking part in activities with Riverside Gymnastics, and understand that, as with any sport, there are possible risks involved.
- All gymnasts should bring plenty to drink and a snack and a packed lunch. Please ensure no food contains nuts due to some gymnasts/staff having severe allergies.
- Gymnasts should wear either a leotard or shorts/leggings/tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt.
- No footwear is required, each camp session should be done bare foot.
- All adornments and jewellery should be removed for safety, this includes any earrings.
- All gymnasts must be toilet trained.
- Children must behave in an appropriate manner and not put themselves or others at risk. Children that are disruptive may be asked to be collected early.
- We may take the children to the local park/farm on the last day of camp for an hour, please make sure this is something you agree to before signing up. Please be mindful of weather conditions (sun cream/coats/suitable shoes).
- Please ensure you are on time to collect your child/children. We do offer early drop off and late pick up at a cost should you need it. Children that are collected past 3pm will be charged the late stay fee.
